I went through the cooling system as advised in the forums and found a leak at the connection of the narrow overflow hose seepage at the radiator hose to the radiator and a 'to large' of a cap to the overflow reservoir!Ĭorrected all the problems, burped it and no more temp gauge fluctuations, constant heat from the heater etc. When I added water to the radiator was able to continue home with out a temp increase. So on the way home twice it did the usual temp increases you read about on the forums. The temp gauge went up and when I parked itĬoolant over flowed from the reservoir.
